Rated 4 out of 5 by Donna from Definitely make colour pop I got this in white and it definitely make the colour pop and gives a smooth base for the eye shadow.It lost 1 point for me as it doesn't make my eye shadow stay but all day don't get me wrong it keeps it in place most of the day but by the evening my shadow is starting to fade a bit.
