So I saw this one eyeliner at Target. I was desperate because I had just run out of my Marc Jacobs 29$ eyeliner usually wear. I picked it up it was only 12$ and I didn’t have very high expectations but I LOVE it. I have found a new favorite eyeliner it glides on so much better than other eyeliners and has great staying power.

So I bought the Endless Silky Eye Pen from Target for $14 and I assumed that it would be twist up or SOMETHING since the pencil body itself is not wooden and cannot be sharpened.
