Tarte Be A Mermaid Palette

When Tarte Cosmetics released their new "Be A Mermaid and Make Waves" palette, I gasped at how perfect it looked. Having some money leftover on a Sephora gift card, I ordered it the first day it was released. Read on for my thoughts, review and looks with this palette! I used to be the biggest Tarte fan ever. So not only is Tarte selling a boring, poor quality, non-inclusive palette, but they are also selling a palette that they have sold to you many, many times before. Be a Mermaid and Make Waves might as well be Make Believe in Yourself. They just traded a gold-green and purple for a yellow gold and several duplicate shades.

This is a palette I have a backup of. Obviously the palette itself is beautiful inside and out. The shades can also be neutral or more colorful. My favorites are all along the bottom. Lagoon, bubbles, and sandbar make my favorite combo.
